Sheba is an experienced cross-border corporate and finance lawyer based in the City of London and has been a Vice-Chair of the Bermuda Society since 2020. She is a freeman of the City of London Solicitors’ Company and has been granted the Freedom of the City of London. During her 25-year legal career, she has spent seven years as an English solicitor at leading UK and US law firms in London, completed an LLM, and spent a further 17 years with leading offshore law firms in London, practising Bermuda and BVI law. Sheba has represented private entities across a variety of sectors, global financial institutions, high-net-worth private clients, and publicly-listed corporations. Her expertise includes general corporate lending, asset finance, capital markets, real-estate finance, restructurings, cross-border corporate acquisitions/disposals, and high-net-worth advisory work.
