Patrick is a partner in Walkers’ top tier-ranked London office, providing Bermuda, BVI and Cayman Islands corporate and finance legal advice to clients in the European time zone. He co-leads the Walkers’ London office Bermuda law practice and was previously managing partner of Walkers’ BVI office. He has spent 20 years in private practice and has been offshore since 2012, working on some of the highest profile and most complex corporate and finance offshore transactions of recent years. He has a strong commitment to promoting Bermuda as a blue-chip jurisdiction and strengthening ties between Bermuda and the UK and its business community.
